True health isn’t just about a clean bill of health—it’s about feeling balanced in mind, body and spirit. Growing up in a culture where pakikisama (getting along) and trabaho ng todo (but more of an unhealthy compulsion to satisfy demanding standards at the cost of personal well‑being) are celebrated, we sometimes forget to check in on the emotional side of ourselves. In many workplaces, talking about stress or burnout can still feel “taboo,” and the pressure to keep going often pushes mental wellness to the back‑burner.
Uplifted Consults was founded for this cause: for people silently battling frustration, anxiety, and exhaustion because there was nowhere safe to voice those feelings. My hope was—and still is—to create a space where anyone can speak openly about the pressures they face, without judgment or stigma. I want a place where the conversation about mental wellness could be as routine as checking blood pressure, so that frustration turns into understanding, and stress becomes manageable.

Occupational Safety & Health Physician | Founder, Uplifted Consults
I have more than a decade of experience across both clinical and nonclinical settings, bringing a comprehensive perspective to workplace health. My work-related illness and wellness programs are client-centric, straightforward, and practical, addressing not only medical concerns but also the psychosocial factors that influence productivity and overall, wellbeing.
By integrating evidence-based clinical insights with real world organizational dynamics, I help individuals thrive—physically, mentally, and culturally. My goal is to create healthier workplaces where individuals feel supported, resilient, and empowered to perform at their best.
